Information Collection and Use

Stactra is designed to help you track your personal growth through media consumption and strategic analysis. To provide this service, we use Google Firebase as our backend infrastructure.

• Account Data: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication details to secure your account.
• User Content: We store the data you generate within the app, such as the books you read, movies you watch, your ratings, notes, and credit balance (In-App Purchases).
• Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage data (e.g., app crashes, screen views) to improve the app's performance and user experience.

Data Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud servers. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

Data Deletion (User Rights)

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can perform this action directly within the Stactra mobile app under the Settings > Account > Delete Account menu. Once initiated, this process is irreversible.

2. Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you.

Stactra utilizes the Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by Apple. By installing Stactra, you agree to the terms set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

In-App Purchases

Stactra offers digital credits for strategic analysis features.

• Credits are consumable items and are depleted upon use.
• Payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support, as we do not have direct access to user payment details.

Stactra uses third-party services to provide rich metadata for books and movies. We gratefully acknowledge the following data providers:

The Movie Database (TMDB)

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

• Movie data, posters, and ratings are provided by The Movie Database.

• Book data and cover images are provided by openlibrary.org, an initiative of the Internet Archive.
• Data is used under their open data licenses.
