Welcome to Stactra. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the Stactra mobile application.
Stactra is designed to help users track personal development through books and movies.
We collect the following data:

User-Generated Content
Analytics Data
We may collect anonymous technical data (e.g., crash reports, performance metrics, screen views) to improve app stability and performance.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
We use the following third-party services:
Payments are processed securely by Apple. We do not store or access your payment details.
User data is securely stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect your information.
We retain user data for as long as the account remains active.
When you delete your account, all associated personal data is permanently deleted within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days). This process is irreversible.

This action permanently removes all stored data.
Stactra is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Stactra operates under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Stactra offers consumable digital credits.
We do not have access to your payment information.
The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party data, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stactra and its developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Movie data, posters, and ratings are provided by The Movie Database.
Book data and cover images are provided by Open Library (an initiative of the Internet Archive) and used under their open data licenses.
